How do you ship and what is the cost?
We mainly use UPS for all online orders, but on rare occasions we use FedEx to ensure prompt delivery to your door. Ground shipping within the contiguous states is free for orders of $60 or more and $9.99 for orders under $60.
Can you ship to a PO box or an APO/FPO address?
Our carriers, UPS and FedEx, cannot ship to any box-type addresses including PO/APO/FPO. Any orders placed with these addresses will not be accepted. We only ship to locations within the contiguous United States. Additionally, we cannot ship to international addresses and cannot accept any orders for delivery outside the United States.
How long will it take my order to ship?
Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, you will receive tracking information to your email address provided at the time of order.
Will I receive tracking information for my order?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
