1. Shipping Eligibility & Restrictions

We ship orders only to physical street addresses located in the contiguous United States (i.e., the 48 adjoining states). We do not ship to addresses in Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa), international destinations, or to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that the shipping address you provide is eligible under this policy. We reserve the right to cancel orders placed for ineligible destinations.

2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on weight, delivery zone, and method selected (where applicable). For orders under USD $60, a shipping charge of US $9.99 typically applies. Ground shipping to eligible contiguous-U.S. addresses is free for orders with a subtotal of US $60 or more (before tax and shipping).

3. Order Processing & Shipment

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days from the time your order is placed and payment is confirmed, for in-stock items destined to eligible addresses. After shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary by carrier, destination, and other variables (e.g., weather, carrier delays). We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

4. Damaged, Lost or Stolen Merchandise

While we take reasonable precautions to package and ship your order securely, we are not liable for lost or stolen packages once carrier accepts the shipment. If an item arrives damaged in transit, please contact our Customer Service team immediately with your order number and a description of the damage to initiate a claim.

5. Back Orders & Cancellations

We strive to maintain inventory of all products. However, if an item becomes out-of-stock after you place your order, we will notify you via email and cancel the back-ordered item. Only the items actually shipped will be charged.

6. Changes to Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on our website. Your continued use of this site and/or placing orders after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
