OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES AND REGULATIONS
(“Official Rules”)
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
The Power Crunch® Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is sponsored by Ferrero U.S.A., Inc., 7 Sylvan Way, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054 (the “Sponsor”). The Giveaway begins at 10/22/2026 at 5pm EDT and ends at 10/29/2026 at 11:59pm EDT (the “Giveaway Period”). The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants provide their information to Sponsor, not Instagram.
1. ELIGIBILITY
The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the beginning of the Giveaway Period (each, an “Entrant”). U.S. territories and possessions, and jurisdictions outside the United States, are excluded.
Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of Sponsor, its parent, affiliates and subsidiaries, its advertising and promotion agencies, any Giveaway administrator, and each of their immediate family and household members are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. Participation constitutes Entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in matters relating to the Giveaway.
2. HOW TO ENTER
Instagram Entry. During the Giveaway Period, an eligible Entrant must use a personal, public Instagram account and complete all of the following steps:
- Follow @powercrunch on Instagram;
- Like the official Giveaway post;
- Post a comment to the official Giveaway post tagging one (1) genuine Instagram account belonging to a friend; and
- Comply with these Official Rules and the instructions in the Giveaway post.
Each complete and eligible comment counts as one (1) entry. Limit five (5) entries per person during the Giveaway Period. Each entry must be submitted through the same Instagram account. Duplicate comments, repeated tags, automated entries, entries through multiple accounts, and entries exceeding the stated limit may be voided.
Free Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). To enter without completing the social-media actions above, send an email during the Giveaway Period to submissions@zero.nyc with the subject line “Power Crunch Giveaway Entry” and include the entrant’s full name, state of residence, date of birth, email address and the statement “I agree to the Official Rules.” Each valid email will receive the same number of entries and be subject to the same entry limit as an Instagram entry. No purchase is necessary. Instagram and AMOE entries will be included in the same drawing and have equal weight.
All entries must be received during the Giveaway Period and must be in English. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt. In the event of a dispute concerning an Instagram entry, the authorized account holder may be required to establish eligibility and account ownership. Entrants must keep their account public and continue following @powercrunch through winner verification.
Entries and associated content must not infringe third-party rights; disclose personal or confidential information; contain unlawful, unsafe, defamatory, discriminatory, obscene or otherwise inappropriate content; or violate Instagram’s terms or community standards. Sponsor may disqualify or remove noncompliant entries in its sole discretion.
3. PRIZES
There will be four (4) prizes (each, a “Prize”). Each Prize will consist of:

(1) Bar - Cinnamon roll
(1) Bar - Peanut butter creme
(1) Bar - Lemon meringue
(1) Bar - Chocolate mint
(1) Bar - French vanilla creme
(1) Bar - Cookies and creme
(1) Bar - Triple chocolate
(1) Bar - Chocolate chip cheesecake
(1) Bar - Chocolate strawberry
(1) Bar - Strawberry creme
Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize: $30. Total ARV of all Prizes: $120. Limit one (1) Prize per person and household.
Prizes are nontransferable and no cash alternative is available. Sponsor may substitute a prize or component of equal or greater value if the advertised item is unavailable. Winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and any expenses not expressly included. Sponsor is not responsible for a Prize that is lost, stolen, damaged or misdirected after shipment, except to the extent required by law.
4. RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS; WINNER NOTIFICATION
On or about 11/2/2026 at 11:59pm EDT, Zero Studios will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Instagram and AMOE entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by Instagram direct message from @powercrunch or, for an AMOE entrant, by email, on or about 11/2/2026 at 11:59pm EDT. A potential winner must respond within 48 hours after the notification is sent and provide the requested information and documentation needed to verify eligibility and fulfill the Prize. If a potential winner does not timely respond, is ineligible, cannot be contacted, declines the Prize, or fails verification, the potential winner will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries. An Entrant is not a winner until eligibility and compliance have been verified.
Winner selection and fulfillment records should be retained by Sponsor or the administrator. Prize shipment will be handled by Golin/Harris International, Inc. to addresses within the eligible territory.
5. RELEASE; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, any administrator, Instagram, and each of their officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from claims arising out of participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a Prize, except where prohibited by law. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical failures, interrupted or unavailable networks or platforms, corrupted or delayed transmissions, unauthorized intervention, human error, or late, lost, incomplete, damaged or misdirected entries or notifications.
If the Giveaway cannot be conducted as planned because of fraud, technical failure, platform disruption, force majeure or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway and, if appropriate, select winners from eligible entries received before the affected event.
6. PUBLICITY
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, notice or approval. Any broader use of entrant content will be subject to any additional written permission required by Sponsor.
7. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify winners and fulfill Prizes, and will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy at https://www.ferreronorthamerica.com/privacy-policy-us. Sponsor and its vendors should collect only information reasonably necessary for those purposes. Any agency or vendor processing entrant information on Sponsor’s behalf must have the appropriate written data-processing terms in place before receiving the information.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor may disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, acts fraudulently or disruptively, violates these Official Rules, or attempts to use automated or multiple-account entry methods. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. If Giveaway promotional materials conflict with these Official Rules, these Official Rules control.
9. GOVERNING LAW; JURISDICTION
The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from the Giveaway will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, except where prohibited by law.
10. WINNER LIST; OFFICIAL RULES
For a copy of these Official Rules or the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope identifying the Giveaway and the requested information to ATTN: Zero Studios at 372 Kosciuszko St, Brooklyn, NY 11221, to be received by 11/16/2026.
